I have been through
those ups and downs...

I may have to face more downs
to get another up...

Nothing last forever,
but everything happen for a reason...

When The Good Days Back..

When the bad days turn to the worst....

In the heart We keep the faith
that the better tomorrow coming...

Through heart,
We listen to the voices from heaven,
to bring back the good days...

Although those good days never last forever,
they turn bad then worse 
even shift to the worst...

But at certain point there will always be a turn over,
when the good days always be back,
then getting better,
coz the best is on the way...
