Inner Peace for The Neurotic Mother...

On my yoga instructor wall post I read :

"What are people's problems?"
They can be reduced to one thing: the mother, because the mother was not able of giving a spiritual womb. Psychologically she was neurotic, spiritually she was empty, so there was no spiritual food for the child, no nourishment. (...) The mother was not centered; how can the child be centered? The child is simply a continuation, a continuity of the mother's being. If one sees all the implications of it, fewer people will decide to become fathers and mothers. And it would be a better world if fewer people decided to be mothers and fathers. It would be less crowded, less neurotic, less pathological, less crazy. ~The Book of Children - Osho

(This post definitely tickled my consciousness, that make me write this blog..)

I do agree that every mother needs to have an inner strength to pass on their children from the very day they enter her womb till the day she begins to nurture their body, mind, heart n soul till they are off from her house.

But who's to blame if a mother is not integrated with her own inner being...???

I guess this is where a husband/father of the children will come in handy. Raising children definitely a kind of 'It takes TWO to Tango' action. Some people even said it takes a village to raise a child. Nurture a mother heart and soul is a must, if she is not in peace with her inner being.

So, if you're a mother and consciously realize that you're not in peace with the life inside your being to access your inner strength.

Do yourself a favor :
» Spare yourself a moment of silence
» Pack your body, mind, heart and soul up in one place
» Get them aligned with your inner spirit
» Let each one of them speak and listen carefully to all those voices of what they really want and need
» Do not argue or debate any of them, hear their reason no matter how absurd they seem, they are YOU
» Let your inner spirit access The Source in a prayer, with all those voices, visualize a peaceful way out, where a win win solution occur, let the heart be your guide here
» Once you can see the visualization of a peaceful way out, let your mind work on every possible passages to create an action plan, so you can live in peace with yourself
» Only then you can maintain a healthy connection with all people around you

Remember :
» The win-win solution and the best agreement are only there in the menu, if you can manage a healthy negotiation with any people around you
» Use your inner spirit to get in touch with other people spirit, to do so a peaceful clarity inside is a must
» You have an equal right with any people around you to live in a peaceful life

You may not be agree with what I believe. But if you can follow my idea, these tips might be useful to do in your meditating session. I use this to handle my own anger, especially when I face one of my temper tantrum stage.
